What's the latest green lease news?
A green lease is a standard form lease with additional clauses included which provide for the management and improvement of the environmental (and social) performance of a building by both owner and occupier(s) e.g. requirements to report on waste, or procure 100% renewable energy.

We commit to taking action to mitigate our organisation’s own contribution to climate change. As we scale, we plan to take measures such as:
- Commission technology stack with the lowest emissions (e.g. cloud provider, website hosting)
- Commission broader suppliers with the lowest emissions (e.g. banking provider)
- Limit team travel, and optimize and offset routes where travel is required
- Lease equipment, or purchase refurbished equipment where possible
- Offer benefits to support employees to decarbonise their lifestyles
